Was going for an overclock, but there were issues. Reset the uefi so all settings went back to stock, now I get this error. No clue what to do, putting windows 10 on a flash drive right now as last resort.

Solution
I would ask you to list the brand of the motherboard you have and it`s model number.

If you know the Sata mode is correct set to Ahci mode.

And you have also set the bios detection of hardware, and boot able devices to Legacy op rom / Uefi mode.
Then the reason why no boot able device is found is because there are in the bios of most motherboards two drive booting modes.

The first is a boot order list from 1 to 6 devices in order.
But if you scroll down to the bottom of the bios page you should also see another reference to boot able devices.
There should be the option to select at least two further boot able devices.

Set, or select your hard disk drive with windows os installed on it to number 1.
And any other device to number 2 in...

Already changed back to AHCI, disconnected all other drives. Won't boot on default, won't boot on direct. Reset UEFI multiple times. Took out cmos battery, ect. Took boot drive out and put in USB shell. Other computer detected it, could see all the files.

EFI and Legacy result in the same thing

The reason why you have two point of entries for boot devices from 1 to 6
And then from 1 to 2
1 to 6 will handle the Legacy devices.
And the other two entries are for Uefi boot able devices.

And the second two entries must also have the boot able drive/ drives selected.

Once done save the settings in the bios before you exit it.

My motherboard is asrock extreme 3 gen 3. I am not quite certain what you mean by the rest of your post however. I have scoured all of the settings and have not found a second device option. I also only have one boot drive, not two. The rest are data drives
