I dont think you should bother buying thermal paste, the one that comes with it is fine. Is there a reason why you want another thermal paste?

70c is a safe temperature, if you want better temperatures buy a Hyper 212 Evo

Yeah if you're using the stock cooler, there's absolutely no reason to use anything but the paste that's already applied. A Hyper 212 doesn't really do anything for an i3-6100 and would be a waste of money in this case.
