i have gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT motherboard,amd fx-4300 processor,4gb ddr3 1600mhz ram and nvidia gt 730 2gb ddr5 gpu and what ram my pc supports.i want to purchase for gaming purpose

If you already have zion 4G.B. DDR3 PC1600 RAM just get the same one.

I would go with Kingston Fury Memory Module.

Their is no such thing as dual channel RAM. What you do is buy 2 RAM sticks; refer manual and place the RAM sticks at appropriate slots in the motherboard to take advantage dual channel architecture.
