Problems with APs

I have a network that consists of two villas connected via switches. Some devices (APs) when connected get and give Internet via wifi but it does not show up on my smart wifi router that hosts the DHCP. what can I do to fix this problem?

Assuming by "it" you mean the local APs, they should have static IPs entered into the setup page for each AP. They will not show up on the router's DHCP assignment table. Just make sure the DHCP assignment range is set to exclude the numbers given to them.
