Hello, I'm looking to build my first PC, I've done some research and picked the following parts within my budget. I would appreciate it if somebody could answer the following questions:

1. Will this PC be able to run games like GTA 5/BF4/Fallout 4 at high settings smoothly?
2. Are these parts compatible with each other? I just want to make sure that the GPU/CPU/RAM/HDD will be compatible with the motherboard etc.

Parts:

I'd appreciate it very much if someone could go through these and answer the above questions. Also, let me know if I missed any major component (except for windows as I already have that)

Thanks a lot.

1) Fallout4 really likes fast memory. It gains from it more than any other game. So I certainly recommend going with 2 sticks for running memory in dual channel (Edited: ddr3 1600 is fastest that is supported))
2) New generation GPUs are coming out in a few days, and will offer better price, energy efficiency and speed than GTX950. Launch date is in two days, and pricing is expected in $100 to $250 for RX460, RX470 and RX480 line-up. They will all be faster than a GTX950. So, check reviews in a few days, and pick one for the price that fits you

Thanks, I doubt the new GPUs will be anywhere near as affordable here (UAE) as the western countries, besides, I can't afford to even spend just a few more dollars on a PC because I have to spend within my budget of 2500 AED.

So I guess the motherboard is compatible with the components I posted above? This is my first time building a PC so I'm being extra careful, don't want to buy something that won't work with the other components.

Thanks a lot.

Regarding the GPU- just wait a few days and see the prices- it may be worth it if new GPUs are cheap, or old ones drop in price in order to compete.
I also edited my comment regarding the memory- 1600MHz is fastest supported for the motherboard- but still get 2x4GB instead of 1x8GB in order to run it dual channel.
