Need an Advice with RAM upgrade

Guys I'm new in here, sorry if doing something wrong

I have to upgrade RAM and need an advice , what RAM would be the best and fast for my system:

Samsung DDR3 (6 x 4GB) 2Rx8 PC3-10600R-09-10-B0-D2 M393B5273CH0-CH9 ECC REGISTERED
Samsung DDR3 (6X 4GB) 2RX4 PC3-10600R M393B5170FHD-CH9 ECC REGISTERED
OCZ 2x(3 X 2 GB TRIPLE CHANNEL) OCZ GOLD SERIES DDR3-1333 PC3-10666 RAM NON ECC REGISTERED

My mainboard: ga-x58a-ud3r (2x Triple Channel)
CPU: Xeon w5590

I will slightly overclock the system,

Also question, is there any point to go for higher ram like 1600, 1866 or 2100 ?
(keeping in mind that CPU supports only 1333)

1) Depending on how much you overclock the CPU it will also increase RAM speed. So, if for instance you overclock it just one or two hundred Mhz, the 1333 Mhz RAM you have now may increase speed closer to 1600 Mhz. (You need to do an initial test of this).

And so, 1600 Mhz RAM that would slow down to 1333 Mhz in your computer when it is not overclocked (at Default CPU clock speed), after overclocking the CPU would increase speed closer to or beyond it’s default 1600 Mhz.

As I said; Do an initial OC test to know how much RAM speed would increase when you overclock the CPU at the planned OC speed, and according to that increase in RAM speed, buy the appropriate speed RAM.

So, if the test for instance; it increases 1333 Mhz RAM closer to 1600 Mhz buy 1600 Mhz RAM... If it increases it closer to 1866 Mhz, buy 1866 Mhz RAM, and so forth.

After you buy the RAM kit, and install it, check what effect the overclocking has on the RAM speed, and manually adjust it's speed (speed-it-up or slow-it-down) to it’s default speed.



2. The motherboard supports non-ECC RAM so the ECC options are not compatible with it, but the non-ECC option is only 6GB... so, buy a different kit of non-ECC RAM that meets the total RAM size you want.

Sorry did read this bit late :)

I've got this 24 GB kit, ECC

they work fine , after overclocking getting :

Copy: 18949
Read: 15799
Write: 15104
Score: 15.45 GB/s
Latency: 52.6 ns

Very stable
Don't have heatsinks but temp never goes over 38C
