Solution Dunlop0078 Jun 27, 2016 No not normal. Do you have physx effects turned on? If so turn it off, that setting is only optimized for nvidia gpu's it does not work well with amd.

It just adds more flying debris whenever there is an explosion and more debris when bullets hit surfaces that kind of stuff. Upvote 0 Downvote
