I have a brand new GA-Z170X GAMING 3 motherboard and im trying to update the bios and im not sure how

ive tried off the website and it says i need to find a 64 bit version which i cant find then i tried putting it on a usb which did not work im not sure what to do does anyone know how to update it?

It is a good general rule that it is a bad idea to update your bios unless you are having issues. There is no such thing as 32 or 64 bit bios. You will need the utility.
