Thermal Paste on cpu socket?

So i installed my new tx3 evo and when i wanted to put new paste there was a burst and some paste went to the edges of the cpu i cleaned it but some of it went to the edges of the socket (look at pictures) the rest is clean but this is like a stain i cant wipe it away can it cause any damage? it works perfectly ,tempes are awesome

Bent fins can "technically" lower thermal performance, but in reality its non measurable. Plus you bent them back so it wouldnt matter.

One final question when i removed my intel cooler stock in order to install the new one i bent one of the fins on the stock cooler but i fixed them with a screwdriver could this affect the cooler's performance?
