Hi. I am new to pc building and sort of a noob and a really tight budget as well and i was considering of upgrading a really old pc like ddr2 old instead of building a new one My budget is like 150$ and i am going to buy a graphic card and as the title suggests which one should i buy? and i am going to buy a IntelPentium (R) E6600 processor and 3-4 gb ddr2 ram will they be compatible? and are processors compatible to all mobo's? as i mentioned i am new. Any answer will be appreciated. Thank You,

With everything you are doing, this is building a new computer not really upgrading the existing old PC. For what you will spend on a new CPU, new motherboard, a video card, more RAM, a power supply, you have a new computer and not be stuck with an old RAM tech and old CPU.

If you want to get a gaming system cheap, buy a used business tower PC with a 300+ watt CPU and an Intel Core i5 CPU, buy a GTX 750 Ti video card, and done. You can also...
What do you want to do with this computer after you upgrade it? No way to know if the CPU or RAM you want to buy will be compatible since you did not list what computer brand and model you are getting. CPUs will only work with certain motherboards, you can't just mix and match them. Same thing with RAM and really any other part except maybe the hard-drive, unless you go to some really old systems that don't have SATA ports or with old ATA hard drives and new systems.
