Hey there, Hotdog88!

It's possible that you have encountered an OS confusion if you have system files stored on the HDD. This happens when you have both the SSD & the HDD connected to the motherboard's SATA ports while installing Windows. Having two SATA devices confuses the OS and scatters the system files across all the drives connected. In order to avoid any future booting issues, I'd strongly recommend you reinstall Windows onto the SSD with the HDD unplugged from the system. When the process has finished, plug back the HDD and reformat it. You can easily relocate the default install/download path to the HDD using this tutorial from the community.

Hope it helps. Good luck! :)
