try this:
1-go to start
2-serach device manager
3-in the device manager click on "Action" then select "Add legacy hardware"
4-select "Next" and then select " Install the hardware that i manually select from the list"
5-select "Network adapters" from the list and click next
6-wait for the driver disks to show up
7-select the brand of the Network adapter chipset and then select the model of it
8-click next and the driver should be installed.
if you did and nothing changed then go to "Action" and select "Scan for hardware changes"
how can I find out my network adapter chipset?
you can find out from the model of the motherboard.
if you could give me the model i could tell the exact Network adapter model.
