My graphics seem to be messed up with blurry edges and flashing shadows, and white pixel lines.

Hi, so stating last night my graphics seem to be freaking out on me with blurry edges and white lines near the end of textures and shadows flashing and really blurry at a distance please help.

PC Specs
CPU: Intel core 17-5930k cpu @3.50GHz
GPU: 2x SLI MSI GTX 980s
Memory: 16 GB of ram
Storage: 500 GB SSD, 2 TB Hard Drive
OS: Windows 10

You may have to do some trouble shooting and see what you can find out. Try re-installing the drivers, try each card on it's own, change the settings etc.

Yeah I have been trying different things for about 4 hours now I'm kind of running out of ideas.
