My graphics seem to be messed up with blurry edges and flashing shadows, and white pixel lines.

Hi, so stating last night my graphics seem to be freaking out on me with blurry edges and white lines near the end of textures and shadows flashing and really blurry at a distance please help.

PC Specs
CPU: Intel core 17-5930k cpu @3.50GHz
GPU: 2x SLI MSI GTX 980s
Memory: 16 GB of ram
Storage: 500 GB SSD, 2 TB Hard Drive
OS: Windows 10

If you still have the blurry edges even after testing each card, try different cable to monitor or maybe try a different monitor or any lcd tv from the house see if you still got the edges.

I took out each graphics card one by one tried bunch of different pci ports etc to no answer
.
