Need to know what kind of power supply is with these wiring.

Solution

I just noticed the shape and color, the picture popped out of view on the browser for some reason and I can't get it to show up again.

Where do you live that uses a 320V PSU? Can't you take a photo of the PSU's nameplate?
Those connectors you have in your hand look like a CPU 4-pin power, PCIe 6-pin, and some mystery connector. Maybe a proprietary connector for a proprietary motherboard.

You're probably right about the OP mixing his volts and watts.
But a floppy drive power connector only has 4 pins. That mystery connector has 6. Some older proprietary [strike]boards[/strike] PSUs had a aux. power connector that resembled that.
