Hey there guys!
I was trying to update my bios from the Msi live updater which then required me to restart my computer. msi logo popped up, loading screen and stopped at "we couldn't complete the update undoing changes." And just stayed that way for numerous hours. Every time I restarted it, it gives me the same thing. Tried going into safe mode and still nothing.
Windows 8.1
Just tried using my external hard drive to re download windows 8 but it had the same outcome

Solution
So apparently, I couldn't get any advanced options like repair or recover on win 8.1 for some reason. But thankfully, I had win 10 already installed before and once i made it the main boot option (still had the same response loop), I went to advanced settings and then got it restored to two days prior. Everything works smoothly now. Hope this helps anyone that's in the same situation.
