Please help me decide between these graphics cards

My current PC specs:
Windows 10 64bit
Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.83 GHz
4GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4550 512MB

I want to change my current card because most games don't run on it anymore and it is outdated. I'll be increasing my RAM to 8GB soon. My choices are: GTX 550ti, Radeon R7 240 2GB, and the GT 730. BTW I'm a casual gamer and I'm only above 13 so dont have much money.

GTX750Ti is the fastest card that won't force you to buy a bigger PSU. It's also considered the minimum gaming card. It plays well below 1080P resolution. I would recommend 6-8 GB RAM also. But if the money isn't there then the GT730 64bit 1 GB DDR5 will work.

The GTX 960 is apparently for around $250 in my country. However, I've decided to get the GTX 750 ti by Asus, basically because I need VGA support:)
