I recently bought a new mobo and I did not realize it had a killer Ethernet controller. I have been attempting to get the killer e2400 to work on my MSI Z170A motherboard for a few weeks now. It causes all sorts of network issues and causes my computer to run slow. I am going crazy trying to fix this and I am ready to just buy a separate PCI-E NIC. What would people suggest I buy to replace this?

Solution
Intel is always a good choice especially for a pci nic.

Try the drivers from killer that remove all the so call "killer" features. Them even having this driver say a real lot about how much problems these so called accelerator features cause.
