Is this overclock safe for my cpu??

I have a AMD FX-4350 and a AMD Wraith cooler sort of thing and I have clocked it to 4.5GHz and 1.375 Volts. I get about 50-60c on full load and the fan is blazing loud, not that it really matters to me because my headphones are on 99% of the time. The power draw is 125.1

I flog my cpu at 4.9ghz ddr3 2400 day in day out and it's fine. vCore is 1.476 - 1.488. If I downclock to your vCore & speed on my water loop it runs at 20c.

Simple answer: Yes 4.5ghz is probably the simplest overclock for the fx4350.

You should be able to hit 4.7ghz but I would prefer a better cooler

You won't hit the high notes without a water cooler.
