I have come to this that my SSD Is pretty much full. I have roughly 27GB left out of 111gb (Should be 120gb)
I have cleaned up all most every single thing that is unnecessary, but I still lack space. I couldn't find what was filling my SSD up and so I got the program called "WinDirStat". Which allowed me to see what files were on my SSD and what's taking up all the space.

Theres 2 big "Main" files located named "pagefile.sys" and "hiberfil.sys" which takes up a ton of space. (I'll leave a screen shot of it)

I have cleaned a ton of stuff, all the way from TEMP folders to cache folders. Programs, pictures. And the list goes on and on.
yet I still need more space.

Extra Info:
I'm using Windows 8.1 64bit system.
The SSD I own is a Kingston SSDNow 120GB, it's about a year since I wiped it all.
I'm assuming you won't need any other system specs so I'll leave that for now.
Please, if you have any idea If I can remove or Move these files somehow or sort out all these random files that's exploded all over my SSD, that'd be great. And thanks once again.
Heres a picture on the SSD storage management: https://gyazo.com/3162b3e98c77f8ad73fe766732988744
(Yes, this is a safe link, Gyazo is a screen capture program if you were wondering)

I bought the SSD for OS, drivers and programs mainly
There are no Videos on it, theres some MP3 Files, but that's for stuff I use (5-10 mabye)
I have moved all my pictures and games to my HDD (1TB)
So, Programs, Drivers and Windows is located on the SSD.

If you have adequate system ram, you do not need a large page file.
You can reduce that.

If you do not use hibernation, you do not need the hiberfile It will be the size of your ram.
Use sleep to ram instead. It is difficult to get rid of hiberfile, but google will show you how.

Really, 120gb is too small for the os these days as you have found out.
Just clone your ssd to a 240 or larger ssd.

Can you go into more details? What is adequate system ram exactly?
Atm, I can't afford a new SSD, a new SSD on about 240gb ish is roughly 100$ Which I do not own at this point (lol, I do not have any ways to make money in the summer around here really)

if you have 8GB of ram you can reduce the paging file. if you have 12-16GB of ram then you can just turn the paging file off. the only other suggestion i would have is to just have the OS files and your most commonly used programs on your SSD. any other programs and/or games you have you should install them to your HDD. you will have to uninstall the programs and when reinstalling them you can select your other drive to install them on

I have the most important things on my SSD of Programs etc. Sadly, I can't remove any more.
I have 16GB DDR4 Memory. And I'm thinking I want to go up to 32 next year.
I have removed 9 programs from my SSD, old cache etc as mentioned. I really can't save more space on programs and that sort of stuff.

its a longshot but did you get any notifications to upgrade to windows 10? if so then the windows 10 install files may have been downloaded in the background at some point which can take up a few GB

I updated all my windows stuff a month ago, I started getting the "DOWNLOAD WINDOWS 10 NOW!! yay!", and found a way to remove it completely, so no. Windows 10 couldn't be the problem. I made sure of that lol

Okay, so. I booted up my PC this morning and now I have an "Error" type message that when I tried to move the pagefile.sys to my harddrive. It said that something happend and now the file will be even bigger "than usual"... -*?

i have 16GB of ram as well and i just turned the pagefile off. i never had any issues and have had it like that for more than a year

At that level RAM, about the only thing it would be used for is in the event of a BSOD. That data is written to the pagefile before showing onscreen.
I'd rather leave it at a small amount than none, just in case.

thats true but if you do not run much at the same time you can get away with it. i sometimes have chrome open with a few tabs while having apps like spotify open and a virtual machine running 8GB of ram all at once and never have gotten any BSOD

I know, I've done that. Moved the files to a new folder I made on my HDD which said successfull. Still no change on SSD tho.

Well, I gained about 20GB by turning the Hibernation off. So, I guess that did quite a lot.
Thanks a ton - Both of you.
Tom's Hardware saved my ass once again lol,
