Too many case fans for my motherboard

Ok guys so i bought a new motherboard which is the "Gigabyte Z170X-UD3" and a new case the "Zalman z11 neo" and the situation i'm into is pretty tricky. The problem is that this motherboard has 3 "system fan headers" and the case has 5 fans included.
So by searching i fond that the better solution is to buy 2 "3 pin connecter splitters". So can you confirm that it Will work ?

This will work.

Adding a splitter will also make the fans attached to it all receive the same power, so you want to make sure they're the same, and in the same location, so one splitter for the front fans, one for top/rear facing.

If you want more freedom in how fast each individual fan spins, then you want to look at getting a fan controller.

yes it works. i used it on my old pc. The only downside is they run off your power supply so you can't control the fan speed. This is what i used

It will work with splitter or usb fan hub controller. Just make sure you have sufficient power supply otherwise your psu would be fried .
