Is this a good pc build?.it costs around 90k philippines peso (USD 1800). Here's the list:

Zotac gtx 1070 amp extreme

Nzxt noctics 450

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb ddr4 2400

Samsung 850 evo 120gb

Toshiba 2tb 7200rpm sata 3

Seasonic g550 80plus gold modular
psu

Corsair H100i Gtx hydro series

BenQ xl2411z 24" Led 144hz monitor

No toshiba hdds wd prefered or at least seagate. Excellent build

That watercooler is pure for showoff a aircooler like the cryorig h5 does just as good and is veryyyy silent.

they're not selling cryorig coolers in my country.,do you know other coolers that are good as cryorig h5?
