my 6gb usable ram turns 2gb usable

okay so im just a 15 years old boy but i have a big problem, im playing csgo on steam but i rage because of my team nobiness i accidentally hit my pc case and my pc was rebooted, and i play csgo to avoid competitive cooldown match but i realise my pc was very lag, when i look on my computer properties 6gb(1.99) usable it shocks on my eyes i change the ram stick on its channel but no luck im so very fool if my pc talks he could probably trashtalk me sorry for my english, anyway can anyone help on my problem ? or my ram is on a nutshell.......

Sounds like you have a 4GB and a 2GB stick, 3 2GB sticks or a 2x2 and a 2x1? Regardless, most likely mixed DRAM from different packages, and there is no guarantees when mixing packages of DRAM What mobo, CPU, GPU and the model #s of the DRAM? We can probably try some voltage and/or timing adjustments to get them to play nice.

1| When asking for help with a troubleshooting type of thread, it's customary to pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals.
2| Is this system prebuilt or assembled by you or your friend?
3| It looks like you're on a 32bit architecture of your OS thus the 2GB ram limitation.
