I recently got an xfx r7 260x and everything is okay because temps are around 58° ish underload and the gpu is clean so what is the approximate lifespan for my gpu?

*FULL SPECS*
Corsair VX550w

XFX R7 260x 2gb Core edition

The usable lifespan will be much shorter than the physical lifespan of the components. 58C should be fine, so your card isnt going to melt or anything. the components ie:. the card will likely physically work for many years to come. It wont be able to keep up with the demand for nearly as long. I would argue its almost already useless, but if you do light gaming or have alot of older titles itd be fine

Theoretically it will last forever, the temp is low, and GPU's don't really degrade over time unless they are subject to extreme heat. Now as for how long it ill be useful thats a different story. Its already a couple generations behind, and is only getting older. In a few years or less games will no longer support it.

I still have some very old GPU's that still work. Out of all the GPU's I have had throughout the years I have had a very low fail rate. They just stop performing to the current standards I am used to. Once a game no longer performs perfect I upgrade. So I have some cards that are 6-8 years old that still work. I have a GTX 9 series (9400 9500? Something like that) that runs my kids video computer. Works fine.
