Hey guys,
I have been researching for days now and I really couldn´t find any solution... I am experiencing weird micro lags/stutter when I am playing games. CS GO/ Far Cry 3/ League of Legends etc... My game feels like it constantly stops for miliseconds and then moves on all the time. In League of Legends for example, it works perfectly fine when I have above 200 fps. However, if I cap the fps to 120/60/30 it starts stuttering reeaaally bad. I think it is because of my monitor since when I record the game through OBS it does not show the stutter in the replay
my specs are: CPU i5 6400 GPU AMD Radeon R9 380 and I have 8gb of RAM
my monitor has 60 Hz - Iiyama E2483HS-B1 Windows 10
I have updated graphics card drivers already
