PC not booting pls help

Hi,
After power on .. The screen is Blank ... The processing light is not at all blinking and No beep sound

Motherboard fan are working
Green light in mother board is ON
Tried changing the CMOS battery
Switched the CMOS jumper to configure mode and powered on but still no use

Additional details: No new harwares added | PC was not used for more than a year and switched on recently. First attempt it worked but from the next time its not working.

Kindly help... Thanks in advance

Check your Ram's by entering one of them.Try different slots. Make sure you plugged the video cable right. Give a details what your total spec is. It can be anything at fault most probably the mobo!

Is the processor fan spinning?? Test the SMPS/PSU using short method. (Short the green and any black wire from 24 pins and start to check if the PSU is working or not. If not its PSU that's faulty. If PSU works there is a whole lot of other issues to talk about!

Hi, Thanks for the reply

Ya the Processor Fan and GPU fan are running
Tested the PSU and its working fine

Kindly suggest what should i do next

I just removed my RAM and put it in other socket and now system is booting
