Intel i5 6600k idle and load temperatures

So

My current setup:
CPU: i5 6600k
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO with Phanteks PH-F140HP fan on the cooler
MBO: ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K6+
RAM: Kingston 2x8 HyperX Savage

AMBIENT TEMPERATURE: ~28 °C

Currently everything is at stock speeds. Using AIDA64 to monitor, temps are like on the pictures.

This is on IDLE:

This is when running Prime95 (v28.9) for few minutes:

Your temps are fine. If ambient temp is ~28°C then don't expect your component's temps to be lower than that. Here is a screenshot of my temps at ambient temp ~24°C (I'm using a very similar cooler).

P.S Max temp =! under load temp.
