Computer keeps on restarting (suddenly) when put under stress - especially in games

Basically every since like 2 days ago my computer has started to randomly restart out of no where, it's like the power is just switched off then it turns on again as if nothing happened. My specs for my Comp are:
i5-4590 cpu @ 3.3 ghz
1 x 8gb ram - Corsair Vengeance
mobo: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Z97-K (SOCKET 1150)
Nvidia gtx 750
windows 10
Cooler Master: Thunder 600W psu
1tb hdd

I have tried to self diagnose and I have discovered that the following things are ok:
No overheating (According to SpeedFan the temp of my GPU and CPU remain stable (below 50) but I notice that the heat sink on my motherboard gets very very hot)
No dust in fans
Drivers are updated to most recent version (gtx)

Note this only happens when I put my computer under high stress, and it most commonly occurs when playing video games like cs go.

In the case that it's a hardware fault I have tried the following things:
I unplugged the gpu and used the integrated gpu on the cpu
I replaced my ram with my brothers ram from his Alienware x51
I changed the power socket used

I tried all of these things one by one and the problem persisted. So I don't think fault is caused by gpu or ram. The temperature on everything is normal and there are no faults with the fan. I have not tried switching the hdd or psu so I think the problem is coming from one of those two components (it could still be one of the other components like gpu if what I did above does not correctly diagnose that the component is running correctly). I am not sure on what to do because I don't want to buy a new psu and find that it was never the problem. Can you please help me diagnose the problem so that I can fix my pc. Note that this occurs like 5 minutes into playing games like cs go or call of duty on the computer

EDIT: I downloaded Speccy and it says my MOBO temperature is 114 degrees celcius, is this an error due to lack of sensor or real? o_O Everything else (CPU GPU Storage) all are 30 degrees and I am not currently running anything. I do notice that my heat sink on my mobo is very hot, possibly the reason?

Solution
your mobo overheating could be causing this. you're lucky it hasnt just cooked, if that is a true temp. if the components reporting 30 are only warm to the touch, thats like 80something degrees F, and the mobo heatsync is scalding because its like 237 F, its likely a true reading. the fix to this is usually improved case air flow but if it was that bad you'd see temps climbing on the other components too... have you tried running with the side panel off to see if you could cause the crash again?

I think it is a true reading, because when I start my computer up in the morning the temperature reads 28 degrees. But last night it read 115... I have been running it without a case since last night, where the temp was 115 so Im not sure what could be causing the issue. The airflow in the case is really good too because all my other components remain below 40 degrees even when under load

now it still says 28 degrees on mobo but after running a stress test the heat sink on the mobo itself is too hot to touch... but on speccy it still says 28 wtf

yeah i wouldnt trust it then. which heatsync are we talking about? the ones next to the cpu, or the round one over the chipset? i would try getting some fans pointed right at them. point a little desk fan in to the open case if you have to. see if that gets it to stop crashing.
