I'm not sure what resolution you'll be playing at but anyway:
CS:GO
Max Playable resolution at 30FPS will be 4K with settings on Low and Medium.
If you move to High settings, you'll have to play at 1440p. Ultra will also get 30FPS at that resolution, which is higher than 1080p.

At 1080p you'd get around 65FPS on Ultra for CS:GO.
At 1440p you'd get around 45FPS on Ultra for CS:GO.

Fallout 4
Max Playable Resolution at 30 FPS will be 1440p with settings on High (Ultra's not gonna be playable).
You'll get around 35FPS on High, 45FPS on Medium and 55-60FPS on Low - all of them at 1440p.

If you want to play at 1080p: You'll get approximately 50FPS on Ultra, 60FPS on High, 80FPS on Medium, and about 100FPS on Low.

GTA V...

GTA V
Max Playable Resolution at 30FPS will be 4K on Low. 1440p on Medium, High and Ultra.
1440p: approximately---- 30FPS on Ultra, 35FPS on High,]----50FPS on Medium,-------- 60FPS on Low.
1080p: approximately 55-60FPS on Ultra, 70FPS on High, 90-95FPS on Medium, 110-115FPS on Low.

Gmod
Max Playable Resolution at 30FPS will be 4K on High. If you move to Ultra settings you'll have to play at 1440p.
4K:------ approximately 30FPS on High,----------------------- 40FPS on Medium,-- 50FPS on Low
1440p:--approximately 60FPS on Ultra,---70FPS on High,--90FPS on Medium, 105FPS on Low
1080p: approximately 100FPS on Ultra, 110FPS on High, 135FPS on Medium, 165FPS on Low

Skyrim - Please take into account that high res mods have a great impact on VRAM and thus on performance, which can vary greatly depending on how many mods you're using, the resolution of the textures you're changing and the resolution you're playing at plus the graphics settings. Take this with a grain of salt. I've already made adjustments taking that into account, but YMMV nonetheless.

Max Playable Resolution at 30FPS will be 1440p-1080p (depending on mods) with Medium - Ultra settings (again, depending on the mods).
Skyrim without mods: Max Playable Resolution is 4K on Low, 1440 on Ultra.

4K: Ultra: Not playable (you'd probaly get 15FPS on Ultra with mods (20 FPS without); approximations without mods: High: 25FPS, Medium 35FPS, Low 40FPS
1440p: approximately 45FPS on Ultra,---60FPS on High,---75FPS on Medium,- 90FPS on Low - without mods.
1080p: approximately 90FPS on Ultra, 110FPS on High, 130 FPS on Medium, 145FPS on Low

CS:GO at 1440x1050 you'd get somewhere in between 140 - 150FPS on Medium
