CPU Advice
Set FPS to 30
Consider setting FPS to 60 with a resolution downscale if you have spare CPU power for improved motion quality

Game Advice
Try to aim for the highest bitrate possible for high motion games
Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
Use window capture with Aero enabled if game...

why sell the 4770k? it is is more powerful than an AMD 8320.

Intel is better than AMD right now (and has been for some time).

Just because the AMD has "8 cores" does not mean it will process more. Just because the GHz is more does not mean it will process more.

A 4 core, high end Intel (like yours) will run circles around a fx 8320. You should be able to stream fine with your current CPU.

But the video card which I have doesn't let me do what I want at the high settings I just can't stream with it.I know the 4770k is much much better than the 8320 but I need a power GPU like the gigabyte geforce gtx 960 4 GB which I plan to buy if I sell them

You could stream on an 8320.

However, given your current setup, I can't really recommend it. You're better off saving your money until you can afford the 960 (or 1060/1050 when those come out). I would never sell a great CPU with an acceptable GPU for a mediocre CPU and slightly better GPU.

Your GPU is going to hold you back, I agree. But broadcasting takes a ton of CPU power also. High end streamers use 2 system to stream. One system is to play the games, the other captures the game, video and sounds.

If you downgrade your CPU you are going to cause more problems with the stream.

Keep your CPU, purchase a new GPU. I have streamed just a little bit with a 970. it worked great. Hold off and purchase some of the new AMD/Nvidia cards coming out soon.

My GPU doesn't let me to stream with no problem. At high settings lol goes 100-200 fps but when I start stream it goes down and I start lagging. My CPU is not the problem right now I live it but I don't love the GPU I can't afford a 4gb without selling CPU GPU and mobo.If I sell the GPU I will take no more than 300 leva (Bulgarian Leva) and the 960 costs 425 leva. I look to stream and this 2 GB GPU vs the 4gb is a big difference u know. Will there be a big difference between these two: Intel core i7 4770k GPU palit geforce gtz 950 stormx dual 2GB vs AMD fx 8320 GPU gigabyte geforce gtx 960 4 GB windforce

John, it seems like you have almost made up your mind. You are selling a great part (the processor) and downgrading it just to get a more powerful GPU. That honestly does not make sense. Saving your money and getting one of the new 10 series cards would be your best bet.

I can also tell you that you should plan to stream only for fun. Spending this money and hoping to make money streaming is unlikely to happen. If you go look at twitch there is 1000's if not 10,000's people that have 1-20 viewers only. You will be grouped below everyone. It is very hard to get profitable in streaming and make any real money.

agree with everyone and inerax's point regarding any profit on streaming. you cant guarantee it and you have an awesome CPU, like really awesome one. save up your money. you will be more satisfied with your results in the future. but who are we to stop what you really want right? you posted here to get advice and as you can see everyone points out the flaw in your great scheme which is getting a worse, a really really worse CPU to get a slightly better GPU. its not ideal AT ALL.

you can take the word of everyone here or just do what you feel would be right :D
