How are the heatsinks on the ASrock Z77 Extreme4?

Hi everyone. I'm currently saving up for the motherboard mentioned in the title as it's the only Z77 still on the market that you can get new. (at least what I found) One of the main things I'm looking for out of this board is VRM cooling. I saw that there are heatsinks on the mosfet, but can anyone tell me how effective they are? I know when they get hot they can throttle your CPU, and that's what's happening with my board now. (Biostar H61 MGV3). Can anyone tell me if they had this kind of issue with this board, or are the heatsinks good enough to stop this problem? I'm currently using an i7 2600.

Solution
You will have no such trouble with the ASrock Z77 Extreme4. I've built a system for a frind on it and it's been running flawlessly for 3 years.

Thanks a lot! I saw a post on Reddit that basically trashed the board for the whole VRM thing so that's why I asked here.

Here's a link to that page, https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/1enn0h/psa_dont_get_an_asrock_z77_extreme4/
