Upgrade GPU or CPU for gaming and recording

I currently have an AMD FX-8350 and a GTX 750ti. I was wondering which one I should upgrade first as I don't have enough money to do both right now? I generally use my PC for gaming, recording, and video editing for YouTube, using programs like OBS and Adobe Premier.

I'd like to jump on a GTX 1070 but I'm worried that my CPU might bottleneck it. Alternatively, I'm worried that an upgraded CPU + mobo will be bottlenecked by my GPU. I plan on upgrading both eventually, and want to see the biggest performance boost with the smallest possible bottleneck for the time being. Essentially I'm looking for the lesser of two evils.

Thanks!

Go with the graphics card first. Even with the bottleneck, it will be far better, than a 750ti. Once you upgrade your CPU, you can then make full use of the card.
