some guidance would be good right now

i am looking at getting this motherboard http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130919&ignorebbr=1&_ga=1.39779681.397862095.1467090042 so that i can replace my asus B85. Also wondering if this ram http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231967 would work in the motherboard. Also wondering if i can keep my i7 4790 intel proccessor and if it would work with this motherboard. If u have any other suggestions for a motherboard tell me. thanks in advance.

The 4790 is not compatible with a Z170 and ddr4. What features do you want that your current board doesn't have?
