Help please my PC doesn't detect my RAM

I have Asus P6T motherboard and i bought new 2GB RAM sticks (Kingston KVR16N11S6/2), but my pc does not recognise it (not even in BIOS). Please help

Appears to be one of their lines of Value DRAM released in 2013 that uses high density memory ICs (chips), for the older P6T mobo you'll want DRAM with low density memory ICs like the NT series of Value DRAM from GSkill

I have another question I already have 2x2GB mushkin 998659 RAM
And only simmilar I have found online is 2x2GB mushkin 998778es RAM. So if I put all 4 in will they work together? Will I have 8GB of RAM or not?
