So I have now an i7 6900k and Corsair Domiator DDR4 64 gb(16×4) 3000MHz installed on an asus x99-pro mobo. I can't seem to get the ram speed at 3000mHz or even 2400mhz, it gets displayed as 2133. When I enable the xmp profile true mono oc's my cpu. How do I get an optimzed speed for the ram?
Thank you for your time guys.

Solution
First make sure you have the latest BIOS and mobo drivers from the mobo web site - next would be to simply enable XMP and select profile 1. If no joy and there may not be, you will require a slight OC of the CPU to run at full 3000 and/or voltage adjustments to the DRAM and/or MC (memory controller)
