Your asking to confirm compatibility when there's is no listing of motherboard or case which it needs to be compatible with. On top of that, what budget ?

Dimensions and obstructions aside, ones I'd consider:

Phanteks PH-TC14PE ~ $55--$65 - Great performance to noise ratio, aesthetically pleasing
Noctua NH-D15 ~ $90 - Slightly better performance than above
Cryorig R1 ~ Same price as D15, marginally better cooling, noticably louder tho.

If you'd consider an All-In_One liquid cooler, you're better off with the above than any CLC made today. However the open loop coolers from EK ($200) and Swiftech ($150) have copper rads, string pumps and are expandable for additional blocks and rads ... end very ez to install.
