Will any of my PC Parts not work/bottleneck any of my games (most importantly GTA V at 1440p on medium settings)

Motherboard: MSI Z170A Gaming M7
CPU: i7-6700K
CPU Cooler: Corsair H115i Liquid Cooler
Memory: 16GB DDR4 - 3466MHz
Power Supply: Corsair HX750i
Storage (SSD): Samsung 850 Pro - 1TB
Storage (HDD): WD Black - 4TB
GPU: x2 (SLI) MSI Nvidia GTX 1070 Gaming X
Capture Card: Elgato HD60 Pro

Will any parts listed above not work with each other, and also will my GPU's be bottlenecked because of my other components? Also roughly how many fps could GTA V at 1440p with medium settings pull? (Update 30/6/16) Will I need any fans and if so, what type?

You're talking 60 FPS with high settings and anti aliasing off/low.

Looks like a pretty powerful rig you're building.

Thats plenty powerful enough for gta v at 1440p, you will likely be able to come close to maxing out gta v at 1440p 60fps just turn off MSAA and turn down extended distance scaling in advanced options.
