Which brand and model has the highest Clock in speed in GTX 1070 !?

It has to be said that the idea that picking the card with the highest clock speed written "on the box" does not normally lead to the highest running card. For example, the FE cards have a boost clock written on the box, but it's a speed they can't maintain once they start throttling.

Manufacturers are basically playing an insurance game .... putting higher numbers "on the box" will , hopefully lead to increased sales and / or higher profit margins ... OTOH, the higher you go, the more likelihood you have of having customers RAM the cards or spending your TS budget with calls that their card won't maintain the "advertised speed".

Again, all FE cards are not meeting their advertised speeds.

But to get an idea ... here's how the 1080s came in ... I haven't seen a comparable detailed list for the 1070s but it usually follows that if a vendor is aggressive with the x80, they tend to take the same approach with the x70

EVGA GTX 1080 FTW Core Clock = 1733

Well you pay quite a bit more for the FTW so that seems like the correct answer. look again and w=question is ... do ya still think so ?

Would you still pay more for the FTW ?

The INNO3D GTX 1080 iChill X3 has the highest numbers "on the box" (1759 Core / 1898 boost / 1300 mem). Will it win the title once overclocked ? Guru3D took the MSI Gaming X to 1763 Core / 1955-2067 boost / 1406 mem.

In short, what differentiates the cards is not what the manufacturer writes on the box and uses as the default profile. What matters is what components are used on the PCB, the performance / quality of the cooler and your luck in the silicon lottery.

The MSI Gaming has been reported as having a 10 phase power delivery system, that's better than Gigabytes 6+2 and Asus's 6+1.

Th easy choice here price / performance wise for the enthusiast in the MSI Seahwak which comes with a pre-installed water block at quite a significant discount than if ya buy the card, block and back plate separately ... and you get a full warranty to boot. paired with a Swiftech H240-X its a very inexpensive entry into water cooling.
