Whats Going On With My Ram?

Ok i have 2133mhz ram and my motherboard can oc it to 2133 but when i do it blue screen and sometimes it doesnt when it doesnt it switches back to 1600mhz i dont understand what is going on here this is the specs of my computer.

Any OC on the CPU (may be needed, not all 4690Ks can carry 2133 at stock)? Do you have the latest BIOS (good idea to have it, might eliminate the need for an OC)

Yes i have the latest bios i had to unplug my sdd to get into my bios to change it to 2133 from there and boom no blue screen and its staying at 2133 and didnt go back down to 1600
