I've had my I7 4770K overclocked to 4.5GHz for 5 ish months now with no problems when gaming the cpu is always creating less heat than the gpu it stays around 50 to 60 degrees while gaming but when I check heat while using Windows defender on a full scan the temp goes upto mid 80s. Does this look fine or do you think my cooling system is not adequate for the overclock?

The cpu cooler that you have, is it the one that you got with your CPU or did you buy it? If so, what cooler is it?
