I would appreciate if someone could look at those specs and tell me if there are better options. I'm mostly concerned about the motherboard.

It's not bad at all for a low-budget build. The motherboard shouldn't be a problem, did you have any specific concerns about it (lack of features, etc?)

If you want to give us your budget and country we can also try and search out better deals, possibly getting your some slight upgrades.

My budget is around $500-$550. I'm located in the U.S. This is for my 10 years old son. He has been playing minecraft mostly on my mac but now he wants to play games like "league of legend","world of warcrafts".... so I can get my computer back :)
He also likes to record his plays and post them on youtube so he starting to learn video editing...
Regarding the motherboard, it just does not seem to have a lot and good reviews on Amazon.

For streaming/editing it would be better to bump up to an i5 if possible. But this is still very nice for a 10 year-old.
