My specs are : i5 3340, GTX 750Ti (MSI TF), 4 GB Ram, now on "High" settings I get 80+ fps on 1024p resolution, but keeps stuttering every time I go near a big fight or even new places on the map, lowering to the least settings possible gives me about 250+ fps, but still that doesn't fix the problem, it actually makes it worse. I know that 4GBs of ram is not "enough", but I've seen a lot of videos on YT running it just fine.
Any solutions to help tone down/solve this damn thing ?
Thanks.

PS It's not the connection, other games work just fine.

Try lowing the anti-aliasing quality. Anti-aliasing can severely impact performance in graphically demanding games. You could also go to your graphics settings in BF4 by switching the Graphics API from Mantle to Directx, since Mantle is only effective in AMD cards. Lastly, try lowering the post process quality to get better results.

Hope this helps.

Try going to the Nvidia Control Panel, Manage 3D Settings, then under Program Settings select Battlefield 4 in the drop down. Under Maximum pre-rendered frames set it to 1. You can play with these settings but for BF4 the best seems to be one. Then under Vertical sync select On, but turn it off in the actual game settings.

bf4 its very demanding game with high end GPU"s you can play on high settings. some play with 4GB of ram but they have different pc"s CPU,MOTHERBOARDS,GPU"S,even OS system makes big difference.you wanna turn off motion blur, turn off vertical synch and lower resolution scale in video settings.good luck
