Hello I've resorted to creating a post because I feel like I've literally read every forum and tried every solution but absolutely nothing works and now I'm desperate. I upgraded from the GT 610 to the GTX 750, but whenever I go to run certain games like Fallout 4 or Dying Light, I get a bunch of really messed up looking pixels on my screen followed by a crash (sometimes just crash) and then a message saying "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" or "so and so is blocked from accessing graphics hardware". The first message is more common than the second. I have tried everything like using DDU and reinstalling drivers, using afterburner to add voltage, overclocking, downclocking, editing TdrDelay in registry, messing around in command prompt and pretty much every other solution found online. I don't think its hardware related because I can run Skyrim just fine on ultra settings and can also run GTA V and Dead By Daylight. It used to crash on Dead By Daylight but somehow got fixed in all the messing around I did. But no matter what I try, Fallout just crashes my gpu. It gets past the loading screen but once in game, I get all these distorted pixels/ textures and then it crashes. Took out my new gpu and put the gt 610 back in and fallout 4 loaded no problem. (except lag due to the card being very low end) Then I put the gtx 750 back in and same issues again. Is there anything out there that can fix this I have been searching for days.

My specs:
AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+ 3.00ghz
4gb RAM
GTX 750 2gb
500w psu
