z170m plus
i7 6700k
16 gb ddr4 ram
samsung evo 850 500gb ssd
hyper x fury 250gb ssd

i do alot of video editing with adobe after effects and others , currently using geforce gtx 750 ti , so how will the gtx 980 sc 2 run ? for rendering and gaming 1080p

For a short answer - much better, in terms of gaming. Rendering has to deal mostly with the CPU, but nonetheless, you will get performance increase while rendering as well.
