PC that I built turns on as soon as I plug it in, the USB drives and the CD drive works, but no display or on light.

Hi. I have just recently built a computer, and I tested everything and it works. You can hear the hard drive make its humming noise, the cd tray opens, and when I plug my devices into every port, (like a phone) it says they are charging. My computer displays no on light, and there is no signal to the computer... I looked online about how to wire the type of PC I built, and I have everything plugged in right! I took out the CMOS battery, cleaned the ram, and disassembled and reassembled the computer... Should I give up, or is there hope???

It is not sure that the Cpu us the problem. If you don't have the knowledge or resources to test it in another system, get your pc at a local it store. They will help you.
