990fxa-ud7 r1 Motherboard keeps freezing when playing games

After I installed windows 10 every time I try to play a game like WOW or Diablo 3 after about 10 to 15 minutes my PC freezes and needs to be hard reset been trying to figure out for months what is causing it and just recently seen the LED debug with a code AA on the lead when it freezes can any one give me a idea why I am freezing and what is causing the debug code AA to appear when it freezes?

1| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? If you're on a very old version of your BIOS, gradually update from older revision step by step until you reach teh altest to save your system from any corruption/bricking.
2| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your peripherals?
3| Try removing the CMOS battery for at least 15 minutes before replacing it and reseat your ram.
4| Can you downgrade to an older OS and see if the issue is persistent?
