Tried restoring computer, now it restarts over and over

So I was doing things on my computer, then I tried to launch a game I play all the time to it crashing immediately. I found out why and it was because all the texture files started opening with winwar(i dont know why). So then it kept saying all the files were unrecognized. It wouldn't let me set them back to their default setting, so I tried to restore my computer. At around 30% it said there was an error and needed to restart. So I clicked restart. Now my computer won't get to windows, it just restarts over and over. I can get the BIOS menu but after that, nothing.

try to get into windows boot menu and launch to "last known good configuration"...if u cant get to that menu then, put in the microsoft installation disk and run startup repair...

There isnt a "last known good configuration". I think because this didnt start happening until I tried to restore my computer..

put in the system repair disc and let it fix...if it cant then the only alternate left wud be a clean install...

idk if I have a system repair disc. I built this PC.. I have a windows 8 disc, and a disc for my monitors

windows 8 disc i was talking about...when u initiate the installation, u ll get a repair option...go to the command prompt option from that list and run sfc /scannow

Am I suppose to open the BIOS menu when the disc is in? Cause its still restarting over and over.. nothing new pops up

u need to get into bios and set the boot device priority to optical drive/usb, based on where u have the installation...if u have it on a dvd, then set the boot device priority as optical drive...

as u can see in the image, both the P2 are WDC, which i beleive is ur Western Digital hard drive...so P1 will be ur boot media...

When i did it with P1 it brang me straight to the BIOS menu.. Nothing happened

u need to save the settings...maybe u r not looking at the right place...explore ur bios for more options...

I put it to the top of the boot priority then clicked 'Save & Exit'. And it either comes to the BIOS menu or just keeps restarting. I dont really know what Im looking for when I click advanced..

ok i checked the image...but it doesnt make sense...
how many hdd do u exactly have in ur pc???
and how many drives have u created out of them?
also...when u boot after choosing the optical drive as priority, with the windows disc inside, the system witll prompt u this..."press any key to boot from cd/dvd"
are u geting this prompt???
