Looking To Make Or Buy PC that can run GTA V at mid or high settings

Hey guys i'm looking for a PC that can run gta v and even more games like bo3 (maybe) But my only problem is MONEY obviously i don't have the money to spend like $300 just to play like 2 d*** games with friends... so yea and i want to get this is because i want to star getting into recording game-play and what not but my pc is the crappiest piece of crap in the toilet bowl! so yes is there anything i can get under $150 and where bc i saw somem vids of $25 gaming pc's that will run over-watch and stuff and i figured on a 150 budget i will surly get one!

No clue where you saw a $25 PC run games, that will barely get you a case much less a full computer.

For GTA V for $300 look for a used system on craigslist or buy a used Core i5 business tower with a 300+ watt power supply, and buy a GTX 750 Ti video card, that should do it.

For building a new system to run GTA V, once you add in the Windows license, monitor, keyboard, mouse, you are at $800 for even lower settings.

If you have $150 like you say later in the post and not $300, you need to save up a bit more or get lucky with a used system.
