This is what I planned out so far: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/VYhBPs

Was wondering if there is any room for improvement and would like tips for building it since it's my first time making a PC.

Note: I plan on overclocking both my CPU and GPU if that is important to know.

Thank you in advance for the help!

Alright cool. I would get the GTX 1080 but I don't think i need it for 1080p gaming (ironically), it's more for 1440p or 4k while the GTX 1070 is a monster dealing with 1080p and can handle 1440p well too. I'm staying close to $2000 (adding the sold out 1070 makes it around $2100-$2200) so I can't put more money towards a higher end monitor and GPU. I plan to upgrade when the GTX 1080 TI is available and get a 4k or high-end 1440p monitor also.

Thank you for the response! :D
