So about a year ago, i got my Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti and it worked perfectly until recently where i started getting these bad graphical glitch things, i don't really know what to call them. I will put a mediafire link where you can download the pictures in a folder to see the problem, here is the link https://www.mediafire.com/?c0ue7hm40l3y02s .
These problems don't happen in all games. They happened in S.T.A.L.K.E.R Clear Sky, Fallout New Vegas and Killing floor. This happens randomly in games, maybe after playing for an hour, or even 5 hours! I always update my drivers so i really don't know what the problem could be. My graphics card is also cooled all the time, so that shouldn't be the problem either. I really need some help, so thank you for reading this, if you do! :D

Solution
It's fine that your system is running DX11; frankly so is mine. But I'm guessing that your problem isn't the drivers and probably isn't your graphics card either, although there is nothing for you to lose by initiating the RMA anyway. It'll relieve some mental pressure knowing that you have that option. I suspect that you might have either a DirectX corruption or maybe simply an incompatibility.

I have to be honest here: Although I suspect it's not a big deal, I've never personally had to do a DirectX repair. I just did a quick google search and came up with the results below. The first result asks that you try a chkdsk /r and then afterwards attempt a scannow /sfc. Since your dxdiag didn't report any problem, I'm not entirely...
+Jonas_11 How is that statement helpful? <rhetorical>

+NelyLB If I were in your situation, I would initiate a RMA process with Gigabyte, as your card is very likely under warranty. Once the RMA is approved, you have the option of returning the card or not. Simplest solution would be to see if your card has the same artifacts in a friend's build. Any chance you could bring your GPU over to a friend's house this coming weekend and see if you can reproduce the problem? As far as your link, I'm not personally comfortable clicking it; no offense. I'm not sure if other users are as paranoid as myself, but perhaps you'd consider uploading the images to imgur, since it's a much more familiar site?

Thanks for replying! So i can't really bring and test my GPU on a friend's PC, and if i can't fix this problem, i will definetly initiate a RMA process. Also, i will post a imgur link so you can check the images. And mediafire is safe, but i understand you, i don't really trust many links on the internet either so it's fine. : ) Here is the link http://imgur.com/a/ZLmaS

Whoa! First off I notice that these titles appear to be older DX9 games; possibly DX10. What version of Direct X is running on your PC?

press <windows key> + <r> on keyboard
dxdiag <enter>

* Bottom of window that pops up should state DirectX version. What does it show?

It's running on DX11

The first result asks that you try a chkdsk /r and then afterwards attempt a scannow /sfc. Since your dxdiag didn't report any problem, I'm not entirely sure those two procedures will fix the problem, but they certainly can't hurt. The chkdsk /r could potentially take two hours or so, and you won't be able to use your computer for anything while it's running and you cannot interrupt it after the 10 second grace period. Once it starts, you have no choice but to allow it to complete. The other, and far quicker, option is to simply to download directx 11 again and hope it resolves the issue. Regardless, I personally like the option of running the chkdsk /r and think it's a good idea for everyone to run at least once every year or two. Please read the forums on both of the results pages below.
